RAL 7000 Squirrel Gray Color Guide:

• RAL 7000 Fehgrau is used as is main camouflage color of Bundesmarine warships.
• RAL 7000 Fehgrau is the closest modern RAL equivalent to Dunkelgrau 51, a WW2 medium blue-gray color used for painting hull sides of pre-WW2 and early war German surface vessels. 
• RAL 7000 Fehgrau has been used for tactical markings on Bundeswehr vehicles since 1985, replacing RAL 9001 previously used for this purpose.
• RAL 7000 Squirrel Gray is also used for painting radio-transparent parts of modern Ukrainian Sukhoi Su-27 flankers painted according to the blue pixel camouflage scheme.
