About the FA-50GF aircraft:
The FA-50GF (Gap Filler) is a variant of the FA-50 Block 10 aircraft, developed by Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) as a temporary solution for the Polish Air Force until the more advanced FA-50PL Block 20 enters service. In July 2022, Poland ordered a total of 48 FA-50 aircraft, including 12 FA-50GF and 36 FA-50PL units. The first FA-50GF aircraft were delivered in 2023 and are based at Mińsk Mazowiecki Air Base. They are expected to be later upgraded to FA-50PL standard.
