IJA Medium Tank Type 1 "Chi-He" 1/35

The Type 1 Medium Tank [Chi-He] was developed as the main battle tank of the Imperial Japanese Army, following the Type 97 Medium Tank [Chi-Ha]. Based on the Type 97, the hull construction was changed from a riveted structure to one that made extensive use of welding, and the armor thickness was increased from a maximum of 25 mm to 50 mm. The engine was also upgraded from 170 horsepower to 240 horsepower, and it was equipped with the Type 1 47 mm tank gun.
